Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, shipment details, deadlines, special instructions, and access requirements.
Customers may not tender illegal, hazardous, dangerous, restricted, stolen, counterfeit, or improperly packaged items. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, carrier rules, airport rules, and shipment restrictions.
Speedpack Express is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, government action, incorrect information, inaccessible locations, airline delays, customer delays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Claims for loss or damage must be reported promptly with supporting documentation. Liability may be limited by applicable law, written agreement, declared value, insurance coverage, or service terms agreed between the parties.
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information is always current.
