Driver Pre-Qualification Form

Important: Speedpack Express requires drivers to have a TWIC card or be committed to applying and paying for one before receiving jobs. Drivers who are not willing to obtain a TWIC card cannot be approved for Speedpack Express driver/courier work.

Step 2: Vehicle Profile

Add up to three vehicles. Vehicle 1 is required. Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 3 are optional.

Vehicle Note: Fuel-efficient vehicles are usually the most profitable for everyday courier work. Cars are acceptable for many jobs. Vans and larger vehicles may qualify for higher-paying loads, but they are not always ideal for daily courier work because of fuel cost and job availability.

Step 3: Availability / Service Area

Speedpack Express is a 24/7 operation. Drivers choose when they are available. Please enter the hours you are committed to being available each week.

Availability Note: These are only your committed hours. You may choose to drive more hours if Speedpack has enough work available and you are willing. Example: Monday-Wednesday 9AM-5PM, Friday-Sunday 1AM-10PM, overnight with notice, weekends only, or flexible/on-call.

Starting Area Note: Drivers do not start from the Speedpack office. You start from home or another location of your choosing. We ask for your normal starting area so dispatch can match you with jobs that make sense for where you usually are.

This information does not automatically disqualify you. It helps us make sure the right dispatcher contacts you and that job instructions are communicated clearly.

Driver Payment / Paperwork FAQ

Do I need a bank account? Not necessarily, but you must have a reliable way to receive payment. Zelle or a bank account is preferred.

Do I need to understand W-9 and 1099 forms? You do not need to be an expert, but drivers may need to complete contractor paperwork before receiving work.

Do I need an EIN? Not always. Some drivers use an SSN for tax paperwork, while others use an EIN. Do not enter either number on this public form.
